Ola Jiskra
Clinic Owner
My passion for being a part of helping individuals heal started more than 20 years ago. I managed two successful rehabilitation centres for approximately 10 years and when it was time to move on I realized that this wonderful industry was deeply rooted in my heart. I could not imagine doing anything else. I took the plunge in 2008 and now celebrating 15 years in business. I am fortunate enough to operate within such an amazing community and I am proud to give back whenever possible. Along with a few trail blazing local businesses, we've held annual Movie Under the Stars events – a fundraiser in support of our local youth and charity that I had the privilege of co-founding. Generations Physiotherapy Centre is also a very proud corporate sponsor of the Georgetown Hospital Foundation and are involved in many other community initiatives. I live in Georgetown with my beautiful family.

Grace Macwan
Registered Physiotherapist
I am a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. My clinical practice mainly includes a broad spectrum of techniques including manual skills, specific individualized exercise programs, electrotherapy modalities and injury prevention strategies, to help relieve pain and augment function.
I also believe a well-informed patient will have better results. I try to create an interactive environment for patients to participate equally in their care by combining manual hands-on treatment, active exercise sessions, and therapeutic modalities.
Through detailed assessments, focused treatment plans and patient education, I help my patients to return to pre-injury activities in a timely fashion and ensure they have the knowledge to prevent re-occurrence of injuries.
Other than work, I love cooking, listening to music and reading research papers.

Did you know that acupuncture is incredibly effective at treating acute and chronic pain and tendonitis? Recently Jessica has been treating a lot of clients with tendonitis and also anxiety/depression. Acupuncture is also wonderful at treating headaches/migraines, digestive issues, stress, general pain and post surgery. She has a loving and supportive husband and two daughters who keep her young at heart and active. If Jessica is not found at Generations Physiotherapy, she is skiing with her family, going for bike rides in the ravine or finding a new recipe for dinner.
